A few days ago we told you guys about a new windows phone 7 app called Magic Poker Flip, now the developer of the app @jonathanlu813 has ported the app over to Android. He has got a Nexus one and has captured a short video of the app in action. It looks like a fun magic app , the kind of app that you can use to impress your friends at a party. The android version has some new features including. We are not sure about the pricing for this app. It might even be released as a Free app ( or Free for a limited time ) , more on this when the app goes live on the Android Market.

The app ( v2.0 ) is now available on the Android market as a free app. It has been tested on Android 2.1 & 2.2. It can’t run on an android 1.5 device, and 1.6 & on 2.0 we are not sure it it will work. Just search for Magic Poker

HTC EVO 4G vs HTC HD2 , First things first the EVO 4G runs on Android while its cousin HD2 is powered by Windows Mobile, when you look at the size the HTC EVO 4G is 2mm wider and thicker, but 1mm shorter than the HD2, the EVO 4G is also about 13 grams heavier and can shoot pics at 8MP while the HD2 is limited to 5MP. Then there is the front facing camera on the EVO 4G. HD2 has a higher RAM offering at 567MB while the HTC EVO 4G offers 512MB. If you are a fan of the desktop or web version of Seesmic, you’ll love this application. Like its desktop cousin the android app offers a clean and very intuitive UI to the user.
Android users are always looking for a good media player app and from the early impressions from users it looks like double TwistMedia player is certainly a step in the right direction. With this app you can import and view movies, music and pictures, syncing option is available via the double Twist desktop client on your PC or Mac, you can even sync your iTunes playlist to your phone, podcasts ( both audio and video ) and the app is said to automatically encode video to a format that is supported on your phone. A widget for the app is in the works. The app is currently free “for a limited time” we are not sure how long so grab it while its free.
Here is the new HTC EVO 4G ad from youtube. Kinda reminded me of the Honda accord ad. Sprint will be the first carrier in the US to launches a 4G phone. I think the Russians got the first ever 4G device, HTC MAX 4G it was a Windows Mobile device. The EVO 4G ad kind runs through the various inventions over time starting with the wheel. Its kinda nice .. whats your take on it ?
When you are busy and can not attend a call, its hard to pick up your phone and switch it to silent mode, you could of course just hit the call end button but some people might find that rude. If only there was an easy way to solve this issue. Say hello to Shake2MuteCall [...]
