The Dell Mini 3i will launch on China Mobile in China without 3G and Claro in Brazil with 3G. The specs of the device are still a mystery but its said to feature a a 3.5 inch HD touchscreen, a stylus, dedicated camera button and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The android powered Mini 3 from DELL will debut in China and Brazil. The compact Mini 3, a handset with a 3.5 inch HD touchscreen running Android is one of the several devices that DELL will be releasing. Dell is one of several PC companies which has been focusing on ways to tap into this vast and highly profitable market. Dell is tipped to announce additional smartphones at the 2010 Consumer Electronics Show 2010, to be held from January 7-10 in Las Vegas. There are rumors that Windows Mobile powered DELL will be showcased in 2010.
